Order Submition
By completing and submitting the electronic order form you are making an offer

Payment
Payment may be made by credit or debit card
using HSBC or Paypal. You authorise us to debit your card with the total cost of the
products selected and delivery costs. Any refunds made in respect of returns or
cancellation will be made to the same card. If your card cannot be verified or
is any way unacceptable, the order will be cancelled immediately.
Payment made via the HSBC Checkout
Once we have received your website order a confirmation email will be sent to
your supplied email address. Please note that this email is only to confirm
receipt of your order. Payment will not be taken until the order can be
fulfilled. Should Birchgrove Garden Centre Ltd not accept or are unable to fulfill your order
no payment will be taken and your order will be cancelled. Birchgrove Garden
Centre Ltd will notify you of this. For successful orders once payment has
been taken a confirmation email will be sent confirming the completed order and
expected delivery times.
