Our standard Free Delivery service is by Royal Mail 2nd Class. This service usually
takes 3 -
For single and multiple smaller items we will send Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery. Cost of Postage is £3.50 for the first item and an additional £1.00 per item thereafter up to a total of 4 items. Larger Items or Orders will be sent by Courier at a cost of £7.50. Saturday Morning Courier Deliveries can be requested but will encounter a surcharge. Details of all postage options will appear in the shopping cart prior to checkout. Very urgent deliveries can be made using the Post Office Special Delivery Service. Charges for this are weight dependant so please email or telephone us for a quote.
PLEASE NOTE THAT A SIGNATURE WILL BE REQUIRED WHEN THE ITEMS ARE DELIVERED. Our Couriers (currently City Link) will attempt to deliver to you twice, if you are not there to sign for the delivery on either occasion you may collect the item from your nearest City Link Depot upon production of the relevant documentation. Further deliveries may be arranged BUT WILL INCUR ADDITIONAL COSTS. We prefer to deliver to your home address but will deliver to a different address if preferred. In this case YOU will be responsible for ensuring the parcel is received by you from the person signing for it.
What if my order is Out of Stock?
In the unlikely event that we are not able to fulfil
your order for immediate despatch we will notify you by email or telephone of the
expected waiting time for the item and give you the opportunity to cancel your order
if this is not acceptable.
What if my Goods Arrive Damaged?
In the unlikely event of goods arriving damaged,
either contact us via email or telephone us and we will make arrangements to have
your goods reshipped.
How long will it take for my goods to arrive?
If we have the
goods in stock, then they will endeavour to ship your order the day we receive payment
or your cheque has cleared. How soon you receive your shipment really depends on
your requested method of shipment. In most cases you should receive the goods within
5 working days however at peak times some delays may occur as we are totally in the
hands of the postal and courier services.
