CLICK AND COLLECT.

If you choose the click and collect option, your goods will be picked for you and once they are ready you will receive an email or phone call to advise when they can be collected. Collections will normally be available the next working day.

LOCAL DELIVERY OPTIONS.

We are currently offering local deliveries on specific days at a fixed price of £4.00 per delivery. This offer is within an area of approximately 10 mile radius of our Pinchbeck site, covering the area to Boston, Market Deeping, Holbeach, Crowland and the villages surrounding them. If you are unsure if you fit into this category, please call or email us and we will be able to advise.

Delivery will be by our own staff, in our own vehicle. We will be delivering to the Areas between Pinchbeck, Donington & Boston on a Monday and a Wednesday, and the areas around Spalding to Holbeach on a Thursday. Other locations will be covered on either Tuesday or Friday. If you require an urgent delivery outside of these days, to these areas, please opt for our Local Express Delivery option.

Local Express Delivery.

If you find that you urgently require delivery on a day other than specified, we may be able to offer delivery sooner (usually same or next day) to an area for an increased delivery charge of £10.00. If you choose this option, we will contact you as soon as possible to arrange your delivery date.

IN ORDER TO COMPLY WITH COVID REGULATIONS, ALL DELIVERIES WILL BE NON CONTACT. OUR DRIVERS WILL DELIVER TO THE NEAREST POINT TO THE ROADSIDE. THEY WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ENTER PEOPLE’S HOUSES OR CARRY DELIVERIES THROUGH GATES OR AROUND THE BACK OF PROPERTIES. This is to protect both our staff and customers.

We regret that unfortunately we are currently only able to ship orders to the UK.
Delivery to mainland UK Depending on package size / weight we will send your order via Royal Mail First Class Delivery, or courier at our discretion. Cost of Postage is dependent on the size and weight of the item.
How is the Postage Calculated?
Postage is calculated on a per item basis, however if you spend over £39.95 in a single transaction your delivery will be free. However if the weight of your order is greater than 30kg irrespective of your orders monetary value, you will be charged postage.
How does the Free Next  Working Day Delivery work?
Order before 11 am Monday to Friday and you will qualify for Free Next Working Day Delivery as long as you spend over £39.95 in a single transaction and the weight of your ordered items are under 30kg.
Orders placed Weekends and Bank Holidays
Orders placed over a weekend or bank holiday will be dispatched on the next working day, for delivery the day after. If you order on the Friday before a bank holiday before 11 am, normally you will receive your order on the first working day after the bank holiday.
Please note on orders over £39.95 where the weight of the cart is under 2kg we cannot guarantee next working day delivery.
Royal Mail or Courier?
Normally orders under 2kg are dispatched First Class via Royal Mail. Items over 2kg are generally sent via courier which may require a signature
Saturday Morning Courier Deliveries can be requested but will encounter a surcharge and very urgent deliveries can be made using the Post Office Special Delivery Service. Charges for this express service are weight dependant so please email or telephone us for a quote.
Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, Orkney & Shetland Islands, Isle of Wight and some Western Isles will incur an extra delivery cost , please contact us for details. PLEASE NOTE THAT A SIGNATURE WILL BE REQUIRED WHEN THE ITEMS ARE DELIVERED. The Scottish Islands and Highland postcodes that are affected by this are:-
Scottish Highlands: AB30-38, AB44-56, FK17-99, G83, IV1-28, IV30-39, IV52-54, IV63, KW1-14, PA21-33, PA34-40, PH15-26, PH30, PH31-41, PH49-50.
Scottish Islands: HS1-9, IV40-51, IV55-56, KA27-28, KW15-17, PA20, PA41-49, PA60-78, PH42-44, ZE1-3.
Our Couriers will attempt to deliver to you twice, if you are not there to sign for the delivery on either occasion you may collect the item from the couriers Depot upon production of the relevant documentation.
We use DPD as our preferred courier, but occasionally for operational reasons we may choose to use an alternative courier. We use DPD in conjunction with another business on our site, Lord Collectables, so you may see their name on any correspondence from DPD.
Further deliveries may be arranged BUT WILL INCUR ADDITIONAL COSTS. We prefer to deliver to your home address but will deliver to a different address if preferred. In this case YOU will be responsible for ensuring the parcel is received by you from the person signing for it.
What if my order is Out of Stock?
In the unlikely event that we are not able to fulfil your order for immediate despatch we will notify you by email or telephone of the expected waiting time for the item and give you the opportunity to cancel your order if this is not acceptable.
What if my Goods Arrive Damaged?
In the unlikely event of goods arriving damaged, either contact us via email or telephone us and we will make arrangements to have your goods reshipped.
How long will it take for my goods to arrive?
If we have the goods in stock, then they will endeavour to ship your order the day we receive payment.
How soon you receive your shipment really depends on your requested method of shipment. In most cases you should receive the goods within 5 working days however at peak times some delays may occur as we are totally in the hands of the postal and courier services.
