Where to Sow
Sow thinly in shallow drills 1.5cm (½”) deep with 30cm (12″) between rows.
What to do Next
Thin the seedlings gradually as they grow to an eventual spacing of 10cm (4″). Do not transplant.
June to October
Best harvested when 5-10cm (2-4″) in diameter. Cook as you would red varieties. Leaves can be used in place of spinach.
Rich in beta carotene & folic acid.
